1. Open an image

2. Open the File Info panel: File > File Info...

 

 

3. Select the “Description” tab.

4. Enter data.

 

5. Click OK to save.

Commas or semicolons separate Names.

Avoid commas. If you enter a comma, it turns into a semicolon.

If you must use a comma, surround the name in quotes, e.g. "John Coles, Jr."
