1. Open a folder of images so the thumbnails appear in the workspace.
2. Select one or more thumbnails in the workspace.
3. Open the File Info panel
File > File Info...
or...
Windows: right click > File info
Mac: + i
3. Open the IPTC Core tab in the Metadata palette
4. Enter data.
5. Click check mark or another thumbnail to save.

Commas or semicolons separate Names. Avoid commas. If you enter a comma, it turns into a semicolon. If you must use a comma, surround the name in quotes, e.g. "John Coles, Jr." Max. characters = 64 |
